Abstract:

从长程堆垛有序(LPSO)结构相和β'析出相的尺寸参数和体积分数角度,研究Mg-10Gd-1Er-1Zn-0.6Zr(质量分数,%)合金在不同热处理条件下的组织演变和强化机制。结果表明,经固溶处理后合金中形成两种不同形貌的LPSO相,且LPSO相的形貌及尺寸随固溶条件发生变化,而其体积分数随固溶温度的升高逐渐减小。LPSO相体积分数的减小有利于时效过程中β'析出相的增加。经(500℃,12 h)+(200℃,114 h)处理后,合金的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达352 MPa、271 MPa和3.5%。β'相较LPSO相更利于合金屈服强度的提高,因此,f_(LPSO)/f_(β')值降...
