Abstract：
随着城市发展,人类生活环境被严重破坏,各种灾害频发对城市居民生活造成重大影响.从最初的安全社区,再到防灾减灾社区,如今,各国都在进行韧性社区建设.研究以美国、日本为例,对韧性社区建设进行全方位比较,探讨各国做法,与我国现有的韧性社区建设比较,总结其中问题,以辅助我国的社区灾害救助工作顺利开展.
