Abstract:
为了能够缩短剩余污泥碱性发酵周期,从碱性发酵剩余污泥中筛选产蛋白酶活力较高的耐碱细菌,利用形态学、生理生化、分子生物学特征对筛选到的菌株进行鉴定.结果表明,从碱性厌氧发酵剩余污泥中最终筛选获得2株产蛋白酶活力较高的耐碱细菌HIT-01菌株和HIT-02菌株,经鉴定分别为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和芽孢杆菌属细菌(Bacillus sp.).为进一步利用筛选获得的优势菌株构建生物菌剂、从而快速启动污泥碱性发酵开拓了新思路.
