Abstract：
针对海绵城市建设中水力模型输入的设计暴雨问题,分析了源头、过程和末端在不同设计工况条件下的设计暴雨强度公式及设计暴雨过程的建立方法和适用范围,给出了城市雨水管网、防涝设施、排涝河道和低影响开发设施输入设计暴雨的模型应用方法,区分了设计工况与事件模拟工况的差别.
