在电弧增材制造过程中,沉积件内部的热-力演变对成形件质量具有重要影响.文中通过电弧增材制造三维有限元模型的建立,对层间停留时间分别为30,120,210,300 s的2Cr13沉积件温度场和应力场进行了模拟,模拟结果与测量结果基本一致.结果表明,层间停留时间为30 s时构件的纵向残余应力分布显著差异于其它构件.层间停留时间大于210 s时,再延长层间停留时间起不到明显降低应力的效果.电弧增材制造单道25层2Cr13薄壁件的层间停留时间在120~210 s之间较为合适.
