Abstract:
为了简化环保型抑尘剂制作流程,便于保存和运输,实现抑尘剂大规模工业化应用,以农业废弃物玉米秸秆、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和工业碱NaOH为原料,通过测试抑尘剂黏度和表面张力等指标,并运用响应面法优化配方,确定m(玉米秸秆)∶m(CMC)∶m(工业碱)为6.55∶2.10∶1.50时,加入适量水制备可生物降解环保抑尘剂.同时用响应面法优化了制备工艺并测试抗压强度,结果表明:当秸秆粒径为2 mm,反应时间为1.5h,转速为300 r/min,按照配方和工艺配制该抑尘剂时,黏度可达320 mPa·s,抗压强度可达220 kPa,具有较好的抵抗外界破坏能力和黏附性能.
