2015年北京市机关事业单位进行了物业服务改革,单位已售公房小区物业管理走向市场化,选择合适的物业管理模式尤为重要.通过对我国现行住宅小区物业管理模式的分析及对北京工业大学已售公房小区的实证研究,期望能够为北京市机关事业单位已售公房小区的物业管理提供一些参考.
