以浮法工艺生产的超薄低铝触摸屏保护玻璃作为研究对象,研究了预热工艺对该超薄浮法玻璃化学强化翘曲变形的影响.实验结果表明,提高预热温度并延长预热保温时间有利于降低超薄浮法玻璃化学强化翘曲变形值.本研究结果对浮法超薄玻璃生产工艺优化和深加工具有参考意义.
