Abstract：
通过对4 000 t/d生产线进行系统的热工标定和节能诊断,深度挖掘了窑系统提产和节能潜力,通过技术改造,窑系统产量由3 382 t/d提高至3 714 t/d,熟料标准煤耗降低4 kg/t以上,入窑热生料分解率由85.45％提高至92.33％,C1旋风筒分离效率由90.17％提高至93.43％,预热器出口和分解炉出口CO浓度明显降低.
