Abstract:

将峰时效态Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金依次在450℃、500℃高温退火,探讨Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金析出相的高温粗化行为.结果表明:经450℃退火处理时,Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金硬度明显下降,电导率先下降后上升,且经450℃×100 h退火后的电导率高于峰时效态;再经500℃退火处理时,Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金的硬度及电导率变化均与450 ℃退火类似,但500℃×100 h退火后的Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金电导率值要低于500℃×100 h退火前;Al-Er-Zr/Hf合金中析出相的粗化过程符合LSW理论,其粗化过程主要受Zr、Hf原子扩散控制;Hf元素的添加能降低析出相的高温粗化速率,而且含量越多,效果越明显.
