研究硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)处理含重金属锰的硫酸盐废水,对比在不同重金属Mn2浓度下,纤维丝悬浮填料和包埋固定化填料SRB对重金属Mn2+和硫酸盐SO42-去除能力的差异性.结果表明,随着重金属Mn2+浓度的增大,包埋固定化填料比纤维丝悬浮填料对重金属Mn2+有更强的耐受性,去除效率更高.扫描电镜(SEM)其内部结构可知,包埋固定化填料可保护SRB避免重金属的直接毒害,使其在高浓度Mn2+保持较高的活性,实现较高的处理效果.
