分析现有的风险分担博弈模型,在利用环境和产出确定企业风险权重的同时,给出关于项目各相关方承担项目风险偏好和成本的思考.以此为基础建立优化模型,并用实际案例证明优化模型的实用性,为PPP项目参与者根据各自风险偏好进行风险评估提供依据.
