Abstract：
以Verschueren的语用顺应论为理论基础,探讨北京＂211＂高校网站＂学校简介＂英译过程,得出从语境相关因素、结构对象等方面对源语言和目标语言作出动态顺应,能达到语用等值的翻译目标的结论,从而为中国高校网站英译提供建设性意见.
