Abstract：
首先介绍了弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的基本概念,然后根据DTI及白质纤维束示踪(diffusion tensor tractography,DTT)技术在分析颞叶癫痫(temporal lobe epilepsy,TLE)患者DTI参数值及脑结构网络变化中的应用,概述了DTI在TLE结构方面包括脑结构网络的研究现状,最后介绍了DTI诊断TLE的发展趋势.
