Abstract:
搭建了由国产1908nm掺铥光纤激光器抽运的中红外可调谐窄线宽Cr:ZnSe激光器.该激光器为X型腔结构,在抽运功率6.8W 时连续光最大输出功率为1.6W,对应的斜效率为26.7%,中心波长为2420nm.采用 Littrow结构实现了2284~2716nm的连续可调谐,调谐范围为432nm,半峰全宽(FWHM)为0.13nm;抽运功率 5W时采用输出比22%的耦合输出镜在2350~2510nm范围内获得了大于500mW 的输出.采用Littman结构实现了2305~2658nm 的连续可调谐,调谐范围为353nm,FWHM 小于0.05nm;抽运功率5 W 时可在2350~ 2520nm范围内实现300mW 以上激光功率输出.
