Abstract：
研制了热泵-两效直接接触式膜蒸馏试验装置,对其性能进行了较系统的试验研究.结果表明,装置可在常压下实现料液的低温浓缩,且通过调节辅冷器等部件,实现装置在设定工况下稳定运行;膜组件的膜通量和热效率随料液温度的升高而大幅提高,装置的造水比受膜组件热效率和热泵制热系数的共同影响,在66 ℃时,可达1.58.
