指出京津冀一体化进程加速了人员在城市群内跨区域流动.通过分析新机场在区域发展中的功能定位,构建区域间航空客流出行模型,并借助手机数据,梳理国内主要机场的出行规律,为有效缓解首都机场客运压力,提升区域航空服务水平以及新机场的交通需求分析提供借鉴.
