Abstract:
《食品安全学》是食品质量与安全专业主干必修课,涉及知识面广,涵盖学科领域多,其主要内容贯穿于食品生产、加工、储存等相关食品产业的全过程.针对工科院校学生的知识结构特点,在借鉴兄弟院校教学经验基础上对教学内容,教学方式方法及考核形式进行了改革,取得了良好的教学效果.
