Abstract:
根据斯蒂文·芬克的危机四阶段模型和游昌乔提出的危机公关“5S”原则,对比分析了上海某高校投毒案、北京某高校教师吃空饷事件采取的危机公关策略,并结合新媒体时代突发事件的特点,提出高校面对突发事件的危机公关策略,以期为高校处理突发事件提供借鉴.
