Abstract:
为了抑制掠入射板条激光器晶体内部自激振荡,提出了在增益介质非通光表面涂覆近红外吸波材料-Ge的方法.实验对比了有Ge涂层与无Ge涂层的Nd∶YAG晶体模块分别在自由振荡和被动调Q振荡条件下的激光输出特征.实验表明,在自由振荡条件下,有Ge涂层的晶体模块谐振腔激光输出阈值(54 A)小于无Ge涂层晶体模块振腔激光输出阈值(59 A),当泵浦电流为68 A时,前者相对于无锗涂层晶体模块输出能量提高了51%;在被动调Q条件下,有Ge涂层的晶体模块谐振腔激光输出阈值(63.5 A)小于无Ge涂层晶体模块谐振腔激光输出阈值(65 A),当泵浦电流为67 A时,前者相对于后者输出脉冲能量提高了75%.实验结果表明,Ge涂层能有效地抑制自激振荡,降低激光输出阈值并大幅提高输出脉冲能量.
