Abstract:
以硅藻土为基体,采用柠檬酸溶胶–凝胶法制备硅藻土/镍锌铁氧体吸波材料。采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、全自动真密度分析仪和网络阻抗频谱分析仪对吸波材料的晶体结构、表面形貌、密度和电磁参数进行表征。结果表明:尖晶石型NixZn1–xFe2O4铁氧体在硅藻土表面包覆均匀致密,其密度为3.2~3.8 g/cm3。制备的硅藻土基/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4在1~1000 MHz频率范围内具有较好的介电损耗和磁损耗,电磁损耗角正切值之和在0.05~0.30范围内变化。当硅藻土/Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4的掺量为15%时,石膏板制品的最大反射率可达–6.12 dB。
