快速评估模型在排水防涝规划中的应用还处于研究阶段，模型的应用有一定适用条件，低重现期下模型模拟的结果较为理想，高重现期下需要对该模型进行改进。通过对规划实例进行分析，证明了该改进方法的可行性。
