Abstract:
In order to reconstruct the three-dimensional information of the hologram recorded by pre-magnification digital micro-holography (PMDMH) fast and accurately, the method of phase compensation in pre-magnification digital micro-holography with reference wavefront curvature as same as the object is studied theoretically and experimentally. The point spread function (PSF) is derived, and then the expression of reconstructed light field amplitude and phase aberration is obtained. And it is proposed that the real phase distribution of sample can be obtained by using phase mask to pre-compensate the phase aberration at first, followed by unwrapping phase and lastly combining with automatic phase compensation. The red blood cells are used as the experimental sample, and the result shows that: using phase mask to pre-compensate, on one hand, the error in phase wrapping can be avoided, and on the other hand, it can also effectively eliminate the secondary phase distortion by single automatic phase compensation method.
