Abstract:
研究了激发剂与低密度氯氧镁泡沫水泥发泡倍数、发泡速率和强度的关系.结果表明:随激发剂掺量的增加,发泡倍数不变,均为4.4倍,但发泡速率随激发剂掺量增加而增大,且随时间推移很快减慢;通过气态方程计算得到25℃时气泡内部压力为4.02×105pa;出现塌模临界状态时,气泡内的压力为1.07× 106 Pa;改变激发剂掺量对氯氧镁泡沫水泥的强度无明显影响,当激发剂掺量为0.15%~0.55%时,氯氧镁泡沫水泥的28 d抗压、抗折强度分别约为1.30、0.48 MPa.
