Abstract：
本研究尝试从资源的视角来透视社区自治实践，通过资源动员理论的三个维度———资源动员、成员动员和框架动员，分析老旧社区的社区自治实践与资源动员的关系。本文认为只有进行深入全面的资源动员，老旧社区的自治实践才能成功。其中资源动员是社区自治实践的前提，成员动员是社区自治实践的根本，框架动员是社区自治实践的关键。
