Abstract：
本文选取教职工群体的绩效管理及其信息化建设为对象，从教职工绩效管理的概念入手，采用协同论的基本理论，分析了绩效管理工作中推进信息化建设的必然性，并对绩效管理信息系统的需求采集和指标制定进行了设计，以期对高校绩效管理信息化建设的推进有所裨益。
