以北京市西城区为研究目标,通过对公共停车场使用者进行车辆停放行为的调查分析,总结了西城区不同类型停车设施使用情况及存在的问题,并明确了停车者的停车决策特征,调查结果表明,停车费用可以作为调节供需的一种方式,同时西城区停车场存在监管力度不够的问题.
