Abstract：
工业建筑遗产是社会发展留下的宝贵财富,做好遗产保护工作是对历史的最好传承.本文对旧工业建筑遗产的特点进行了简要的分析总结,同时对其保护价值也作了初步分析,使旧工业建筑遗产的再利用问题能够得到广泛的重视.
