桥梁是铁路快速网络的重要组成部分,保障桥梁正常运营是确保铁路网络完好畅通的关键环节.在分析桥梁损伤因素和破坏形式的基础上,结合铁路桥梁应急保障特点,从加强高铁桥梁快速修复能力和平时应急保障体系建设两个方面提出了高铁桥梁应急抢修的保障措施,以提高快速反应和快速抢修能力.
