Abstract:
本文以凤凰传媒为例,分析其传统与数字出版业务之间的关系,探究两个业务取得成功的原因.本文以迈克尔?波特的价值链理论为依据,结合协同的概念,在深入了解公司传统与数字出版业务的基础上,分别构建了二者的价值链,并得到二者构成协同关系的认知以及相互促进、共同发展的结论.
