Abstract:
采用Ti+ TiB2 P、粗TiB2P与细TiB2 P分别作为预置层,运用激光熔覆技术在Ti6Al4V表面原位合成TiB短纤维增强钛基复合涂层,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析TiB短纤维的体积分数与长径比.结果表明,涂层主要由TiB短纤维和TiB2 P组成.当采用Ti+TiB2P作为预置层时,涂层中TiB短纤维的长径比随着Ti含量的增加而减小;当采用粗TiB2 P作为预置层时,涂层中较难形成较大体积分数的TiB短纤维;当采用细TiB2 P作为预置层时,涂层中可同时形成较高体积分数与较大长径比的TiB短纤维.结合涂层中TiB短纤维的变化规律,探讨了形成机理.
