Abstract:
通过2012年对某高校学生学习动力的调查研究,发现:本科生的学习动力随年级上升呈逐年增长趋势.学习动机以升学就业、父母和老师的期望等外在功利性目的居多,而挑战提升自我和探索知识的兴趣居后.如何将外在的动机转化为内在动力,对于激发学生学习兴趣、积极投入学习,从而提高学习收获和人才培养质量均有重要意义.
