Abstract:
根据Nd:YAG晶体侧面抽运下径向和切向热焦距的不同,以及半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)被动锁模条件,利用激光二极管(LD)侧面抽运Nd∶ YAG四镜折叠SESAM被动锁模腔,在腔内无偏振选择器件条件下,实现锁模径向偏振光输出.模拟计算了径向偏振态和角向偏振态光斑大小与抽运电流之间的关系,分析给出了实现SESAM稳定锁模的条件,通过放置适当孔径的光阑,获得了最大输出功率为13W、偏振态纯度大于92%、重复频率为59 MHz的1064 nm锁模径向偏振光.
