在基于GIS技术的荒山整治研究方法的基础上，结合黄土高原某城市总体规划，针对某荒山整治工程，采用GIS技术对荒山整治的范围、挖填方案及整治后建设用地适宜性等进行了分析评价，取得了较好的效果。
