Abstract:
报道了基于氧化石墨烯可饱和吸收体的类噪声脉冲拉曼光纤激光器.该激光器采用了一种由掺铒光纤谐振腔和拉曼光纤谐振腔构成的全光纤双环形腔结构.拉曼增益介质为长约700 m的商用硅基高非线性光纤.当半导体激光器的抽运功率为4.16W时,得到了中心波长为1690.2 nm,重复频率为250 kHz,脉冲宽度为500 ns的稳定的脉冲激光,其信噪比为53 dB.
