Abstract:
研究了含1.5%B、3.0% Cr和0.3%C的Fe-Cr-B合金的铸态组织,以及淬火工艺对合金显微组织和硬度影响.结果表明,Fe-Cr-B合金凝固组织为珠光体、铁素体、共晶硼化物和二次硼碳化合物.淬火后基体转变为马氏体,硼化物类型无变化.在900 ~1100℃淬火后,硬度先增加后减小,硼化物断网趋势越来越明显.与水冷相比,油冷后硼化物更细小,阻碍裂纹扩展.
