介绍颗粒阻尼技术基本概念、耗能机理及国内外应用与研究概况；系统阐述颗粒阻尼理论分析、数值模拟及试验研究发展,简述多自由度结构附加颗粒阻尼器离散元模拟方法；重点介绍颗粒阻尼技术应用于土木工程实例及相应研究,指出其在应用中的诸多优点及使用潜力,针对研究的难点与不足提出建议.
