Abstract:

以TiB2为微波衰减剂,通过高温热压烧结工艺制备出AlN基微波衰减陶瓷材料.研究了微波衰减剂含量对陶瓷材料的显微结构与热导率、介电性能的影响.结果表明:随着TiB2含量的增加,材料的热导率从110 W/m·K降低到72 W/m·K,微波频率10 GHz下介电常数逐渐增加,介电损耗从0增加到0.17,具备了较好的衰减性能和导热性能.
