Abstract：
为了适应现代焊接的信息化转变,实现对焊接过程信息的采集和记录,开发了一套基于铝合金TIG焊接平台的电信号/图像信号监测与记录分析,该系统能够实时监测并存储焊接过程中的电信号和熔池信息,并提供数据同步查看功能.并结合激光结构光视觉技术得到焊缝下塌深度信息.
