Abstract：
在大学英语四、六网考的新形势下,如何有效提高大学生英语听力理解能力成为广大英语教师关注的焦点。基于Krashen提出的＂输入＂假说和＂情感过滤＂假说,本文提出听力教学与阅读、写作和口语训练有机结合,保证语言＂输入＂和＂输出＂的＂量＂与＂质＂平衡,降低语言学习者在此过程中的焦虑情绪,才能有效培养和提高听力能力。
