Abstract:
采用类叶绿素化合物四苯基镁卟啉(MgTPP)为催化剂,研究了超临界CO2介质中CO2与系列环氧化物偶联合成环碳酸酯的反应.研究发现MgTPP在超临界CO2介质中表现出很高的催化活性,其TOF(活性转化频率)最高可达18 989 h-1.在优化的反应条件(环氧化物:0.2 mol,三乙胺:5×10-6mol,MgTPP:1×10-5mol,P:7.5 MPa,T:140℃,t:1 h)下,主产物环碳酸酯的选择性均超过97%,收率则在74%~94%之间.
