Abstract：
电子商务合同中的要约与承诺与传统的纸面方式立合同的要约与承诺相比有很大的区别,特别是在要约的撤回与撤销,承诺的撤回等有关电子商务合同成立的问题上.我国应针对电子商务合同中电子要约与电子承诺的特点制定相应的特别立法,为电子商务的健康发展奠定良好的制度基础.
