Abstract：
激光熔钎焊是利用两种合金熔点的差异,通过激光加热使低熔点材料(母材和填充材料)熔化,在接头界面与固态高熔点母材相互作用达到冶金结合的异种合金连接方法.按激光能量吸收机制对激光熔钎焊进行了分类,并结合所做工作,阐述了激光熔钎焊方法的发展及研究进展.
