Abstract：
教师心理健康直接影响到教师的生活和教育质量,进而成为决定教学改革是否成功的关键因素之一。在综述目前国内外教师心理健康及其调试研究的基础上,通过分析,明晰了未来相关研究的主要方向,为今后建立青年教师心理压力转换模型,提高教师心理健康水平提供基础。
