1 新能源汽车时代背景
当前,发展新能源汽车,实现汽车动力系统的新能源化,推动传统汽车产业的战略转型,在国际上已经形成广泛共识.美、日、德等汽车工业强国先后发布了关于推动包括混合动力汽车在内的新能源汽车产业发展的国家计划.美国奥巴马政府实施绿色新政,计划到2015年普及100万辆插电式混合动力电动汽车(PHEV).
