Abstract:

For the characteristics that complexity dynamics self-organizing is multi-level and large-scale and for cities capability of earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention, the paper proposed the evaluation model for cities capability of earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention based on systems dynamics. The study makes the analysis of dynamic mechanism for the evaluation system of cities' capability of earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention from the interior, then constructs the evaluation model for cities' capability of earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention based on systems dynamics, provides a new idea for the evaluation for cities' capability of earthquake resistance and hazardous prevention.
