Abstract：
通过对北京市主干道、次干道的调查与分析,建立了北京市主、次干道基本路段速度-流量模型,并得到其基本路段通行能力推荐值.在此基础上将公交停靠站的影响因素予以考虑,对路缘车道的通行能力进行了修正.对北京城市主、次干道服务水平进行定量划分,确定服务水平定量划分1的标准.
