Abstract：
目前我国尚有大量的建成时间较早的办公建筑,由于当时的条件限制,它们存在着诸多与现代办公要求不相适应的问题.针对老旧办公建筑的现状以及新的功能需求,提出了几种可行的适应性改造方式和方法,既能使其使用寿命得以延续,同时也能更好地适应现代办公的需要.
