Abstract:
采用声光调Q 946 nm Nd:YAG固体激光器作抽运源,高掺杂单模掺镱光纤作增益介质,实现了980 nm的准连续掺镱光纤激光器.当重复频率为16 kHz时,脉冲宽度为10 ns,激光平均功率为73 mW,光谱带宽为4 nm.以此激光振荡器作为种子源,用长度为28 cm的单模掺镱光纤作为光纤放大器对种子光进行放大.获得了平均功率为167 mW的放大脉冲激光输出,峰值功率为700 W,脉冲宽度为15 ns.
