Abstract:
利用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了2519铝合金靶板在高速冲击变形过程中形变组织及第二相颗粒的演变特征.实验表明,在高速冲击塑性变形中,对于纳米级的针状Al2Cu弥散相,因局部较高塑性变形导致的温升使其部分发生回溶现象;而微米级的球形或准球形Al2Cu第二相粒子因在冲击过程中不易塑性变形,导致局部应力集中,可促使冲击微裂纹萌生和早期扩展.
